Laura Mazariegos

Software Engineer / Zonos

Hi, I’m Laura Mazariegos, and I work as a Software Engineer at Zonos, helping to build the technology that makes shopping across the world easier. I’m also one of only three women engineers on my team, which makes me proud and excited to help show other girls that coding is for everyone!
At home, life is an adventure. My husband and I have a big family with eight kids, from age 26 all the way down to 6, and we live in Leeds, Utah. We also raise chickens—14 hens, a rooster, and 8 little chicks. Because I like solving problems with technology, I’m building my own chicken tracking program to see which hens are laying eggs and how often.
I love learning new things, whether it’s coding, building projects, or figuring out how to make life run more smoothly. My hope is to show that curiosity, creativity, and problem-solving can take you anywhere—whether that’s into tech, science, or even building something brand new yourself!
